📋 Description

• Drive Line Haul daily operations, scheduling, and routing.
• Oversee daily reporting and on-time deliveries regardless of weather.
• Use data and strong communication to hit daily KPIs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing delivery leadership team.
• Coordinate with Inbound Logistics, FC Operations, and driver hubs.
• Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous leadership in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulatory requirements.
• Ability to adapt priorities, delegate, and manage time efficiently.
• Experience training others on new processes or procedural updates.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication across management levels.
