• Agile expertise: breadth of experience in agile frameworks and methods, applied in multiple stages
• Building and managing relationships: strong emotional intelligence, ability to build and maintain

• Planning and project execution: experience collaborating with team members and clients to ensure
• Leadership: role-model positive and supportive servant leadership; adjust leadership approach to
