📋 Description

• Own delivery performance across a portfolio of teams and strategic initiatives, driving alignment
• Establish and evolve delivery governance, planning standards, forecasting processes, and delivery
• Proactively manage portfolio risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation and
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide clear delivery insights, lead governance reviews, and
• Coach and develop Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters while fostering a culture of accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading delivery across multiple agile teams, programmes, or value streams within
• People leadership capability, including coaching and developing Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters, or
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and modern delivery practices, with a focus on continuous
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, risks, and stakeholder relationships while
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior
• Experience delivering projects or programmes within the consumer retail domain
