Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Complete Elastic training and become proficient in our Outcome Based Delivery Methodology.
• Support engagement execution from start to finish; identify/mitigate risk; provide status reporting.
• Collaborate with Services sellers, architects, consultants, third-party partners, and customers.
• Contribute to delivery methodology improvements and share lessons learned.
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Executives to support renewals and add-ons.
• Manage a portfolio of multiple engagements with prioritization and time management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of consulting or professional services delivery experience
• Experience managing engagements from start to finish: planning, execution, and reporting
• Strong project management skills and prioritization of multiple tasks
• Change management and problem-solving experience
• Collaborative mindset in a matrixed environment
• Familiarity with PSA tools
