📋 Description

• Join Workato's Professional Services team to lead customer delivery of automation programs.
• Own the customer implementation journey from post-sales through go-live, building trusted
• Manage projects to drive adoption and unlock business value from Workato investments.
• Lead project execution, budget, risk, and resource management across internal, partner, and
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (product & engineering, support, etc.) to address risks early.
• Evangelize Workato’s delivery methodology and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering professional services.
• Experience in delivering services for strategic consulting firms, SI, or software company
• Experience managing 2-3 resources and budgets up to USD 500k.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Waterfall; active Agile delivery methodology certification
• Experience with enterprise accounts; ability to build Director/VP and C-level relationships.
• iPaaS or integration experience is a plus; ability to articulate functional and non-functional
