• Experience in professional services (consulting, technology, or data)
• Proven delivery ownership from scoping to end-user adoption
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
• Experience working with technical teams, ideally AI projects
• Practical problem-solver able to implement proactive solutions
