10+ years in software dev as PM/PMO/PO/Tech Lead/Scrum Master in client services
Led Fortune 500 custom software and Data & AI projects from discovery to deployment
Empathy and confidence managing complex scope with multiple external stakeholders
Technical problem solver addressing API, client-side and bug issues across systems
Expert facilitator who runs workshops to align stakeholders on goals
Blend of business, UX, and software PM to motivate clients and partners
