📋 Description

• Own end-to-end data, BI, and AI project delivery for PE-backed clients.
• Manage multi-geography data complexity across units and hierarchies.
• Lead data delivery streams: BI, data warehouse, KPI, AI readiness.
• Oversee data deliverables quality and data model concepts.
• Serve as day-to-day client relationship owner for data engagements.
• Conduct workshops to align clients on data strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Information Systems, CS, or Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in delivery, program management, or technology consulting.
• Led complex multi-workstream data/BI/analytics transformation projects.
• Experience managing multi-geography data across enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of backend data engineering or frontend BI delivery; ideally both.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, or Databricks.
• Executive presence and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• PMP/Prince2 or Agile/Scrum certifications; data platform certs a plus.
