• Proven experience delivering and leading cross-functional projects based on company priorities to tight deadlines.
• Comfort across the project lifecycle, including artifacts and tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum, applying the right approach for the scenario.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building, with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to understand complex systems to anticipate and mitigate issues.
• Comfort in a reactive, fast-paced environment with quick impact assessments.
• A data-driven mindset using metrics to improve processes or measure outcomes.
• Experience managing uncertainty and building team capability in a growing business.
