📋 Description

• Delivery & Production: align with Product Managers on priorities, arbitrations and risks.
• Drive delivery and production across domains, secure strategic challenges of the scope.
• Organization & Staffing: evolve the organization per product/tech needs.
• Manage staffing for tech teams (Software Engineers, QA/QE, Scrum Masters).
• Lead tech teams by establishing a clear, autonomous framework and fostering feedback, transparency

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education (BAC+5) with at least 10 years in IT project management and delivery leadership.
• Key skills: IT project management, scaled agile, application architecture, DevSecOps, change
• Management: strategic leadership, large-scale scope management, cross-disciplinary team leadership
• Behavioral: active listening, negotiation, diplomacy, strong analytical and synthesis abilities
