• Own multiple tech and business change initiatives end-to-end.
• Collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver scalable platforms.

• Work with Spanish-speaking teams daily; business-level Spanish essential.
• Hybrid role with 2 days on-site in Central London.
• Occasional travel to Spain.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering tech and business change end-to-end.
• Managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Strong planning and risk/issue/dependency management; deliver on time.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
• Fluent English and business Spanish; onsite in London 2 days/week.
