Delivery Managing Director EU

📋 Description

• Own executive-level delivery oversight for up to four concurrent client programs
• Lead and develop Delivery Managers, providing direction, coaching, and escalation support
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to align on priorities, progress, risks, and value realization
• Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives within existing accounts across services
• Partner with sales and leadership to shape proposals, delivery approaches, and commercial models
• Ensure consistent delivery standards, governance, and reporting across projects

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in consulting delivery, program leadership, or enterprise transformation
• Strong delivery leadership background, ideally from firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Bain, or McKinsey
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale programs across clients and domains
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing Delivery Managers and senior delivery leaders
• Strong commercial mindset with cross-selling and upselling within existing client accounts
• Deep understanding of enterprise tech domains, including AI initiatives, data platforms, CRM (Salesforce), and ERP
