Delivery Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Monitor and manage all incoming requests in Freshservice across incidents, requests, and changes.
• Evaluate new requests against team capacity, priority, and strategic alignment before assignment.
• Route work to the appropriate team member based on skill, workload, and urgency.
• Own bi-weekly sprint planning: prepare agenda, facilitate, and document outcomes.
• Maintain and groom the team's backlog in Freshservice before a sprint.
• Communicate triage decisions and timelines back to requesters.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in program, project, or delivery ops in tech/enterprise apps.
• Hands-on experience with a service management or project tracking tool.
• Comfortable facilitating planning sessions and driving decisions without authority.
• Strong written communication; translate technical work into release notes.
