Delivery Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day execution and flow of work for Koodo Digital GTM & Sales Strategy.
• Prioritize, track, and deliver work via Jira; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Lead team coordination, meetings, and stakeholder requests; drive process improvements.
• Own Jira board, workflows, backlogs; ensure documentation, estimates, and progress.
• Manage intake/workflow lifecycle, pre-development readiness, and production release validation.
• Track capacity, timelines, and provide visibility with dashboards and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in project coordination, delivery management, or agile facilitation.
• Strong experience managing Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including product, design, development, QA, content, and stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira Software, Confluence, and Google Suite.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience tracking team capacity, delivery metrics, and project timelines.
