Delivery Operations Systems & Process Manager

📋 Description

• Architect, optimize, and scale systems and AI automation for global delivery
• Own end-to-end system roadmap and governance of PSA/ERP platforms
• Partner with Global Delivery Leadership and BizOps to design scalable automations
• Lead cross-functional change management and sprint cycles with IT and GTM teams
• Apply AI-powered workflows to improve delivery health, staffing, forecasting, and margins
• Drive data governance, compliance, and system integrity initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12+ years in delivery operations, PSA/ERP, or professional services ops
• Deep experience with Certinia PSA/ERP or equivalent PSA platforms
• Proven AI automation, predictive analytics, or agentic workflow experience
• Experience leveraging coding agents; strong workflow design and data governance
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication
