🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition
• Expertise in screening and assessing technical and functional profiles, including competency-based
• Exposure to working with international candidates and stakeholders, with strong cross-cultural
• Experience working with ATS, recruitment platforms, CRMs, with strong process management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while
