Execute day-to-day delivery activities and manage project work streams.
Plan and track tasks, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Provide delivery input on scope, sequencing, risks, and feasibility.
Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Product, Integration, vendors, and client teams.
Track delivery progress and escalate risks to senior leadership.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and artifacts.

🎯 Requirements

5–7 years in delivery management in banking/fintech/tech infra.
Proven experience managing technical delivery projects in regulated environments.
Understanding of project tracking, risk management, and delivery coordination.
Experience with regulated financial services clients (banking, payments).
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple streams and priorities.
Languages: Swiss German, German, English; French preferred.
