Delivery Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own programme delivery from baseline to closure (schedule, cost, technical, risk).
• Manage subcontractors and government/defence contracts across complex programmes.
• Keep programmes on track and provide programme intelligence for customers and contracts.
• Establish baseline via WBS, critical path, and technical compliance; change control.
• Own cost performance: drive ETCs/actuals and interpret EVM outputs.
• Coordinate across engineering, MAIT and launch teams to keep interfaces on track.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in aerospace/space/defence programme delivery.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, product and operations.
• Proficient with MS Project, Primavera, JIRA; PMP/IPMA preferred.
• Excellent communication with leadership and customers.
• Clearance eligibility: UK SC, US Secret, or German Ü2 (or ability to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Systems Engineering or related field.
