Delphi Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and test new software features based on internal requirements and external
• Improve existing software architecture and system design to enhance application performance
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using Delphi, ensuring high standards of code
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Documentation teams to deliver
• Work closely with other engineering team members to maintain, troubleshoot, and continuously
• Analyze customer and project requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of overall professional software development experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing applications with Delphi 10 or later.
• Solid experience with SQL and relational database technologies.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and
• Familiarity with N-Tier architecture, with practical experience considered a strong advantage.
• Experience using version control systems such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial.
