Demand Account Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of affiliate and API partners; primary day-to-day contact.
• Support onboarding of new partners; coordinate with tech/ops to finalize integrations on schedule.
• Maintain records of partner accounts, campaign configs, and integration statuses in CRM.
• Monitor live campaigns; flag performance anomalies and coordinate fixes.
• Assist partners with API docs, tracking setup, postback, and feed integration.
• Review campaign data using KPIs (CPI, CTR, conversion rate, install volume) to identify issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in account management or ad ops; AdTech/affiliate/mobile ad exp preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional in partner-facing interactions.
• Comfortable with campaign data: CPI, CTR, install volume, conversion rate.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; manage multiple accounts.
• Collaborative team player; works across product, operations, and technical teams.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting; CRM tools a plus.
