📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team: Manage and grow a cross-functional team of marketers
• Own the EMEA content and campaign narrative: Develop messaging houses grounded in real customer

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in B2B marketing — with meaningful time owning both content/narrative and demand
• Proven people leadership — experience building, managing, and developing multi-disciplinary
• Narrative and content mastery — you can write a compelling messaging house, build a scalable
• Demand generation depth — hands-on experience running and optimising paid, email, webinar, and
• AI fluency — you actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and can design workflows for your
