Demand Generation Lead

📋 Description

• Build the EMEA demand plan: which markets, which segments, which channels, and what each is
• Own an EMEA pipeline target and report against it sourced and influenced, by channel and by market
• Decide how the regional demand budget gets allocated for localized programs
• Partner with performance marketing to support localized paid digital, paid search, paid social, and
• Run regional webinar cadence across live demos, thought leadership webinars, technical workshops
• Adapt global LangSmith narratives and build region-first integrated campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns (ideally in developer
• Track record of building demand programs in EMEA across multiple countries
• Hands-on experience with paid, webinars, lifecycle, and ABM
• Skilled in copywriting, landing page creation, reporting, and campaign execution
• Comfortable with technical products and technical audiences, able to discuss agents, evals, and
• Strong partnership with Sales, comfortable with pipeline targets
