📋 Description

• Set quarterly paid acquisition strategy and channel mix.
• Own the paid media budget end to end: allocation and ROI.
• Run LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns with targeting and reporting.
• Build and iterate ad creative and messaging with design.
• Test new platforms to expand acquisition as budget allows.
• Own KPIs: cost per meeting, CTR, conversion, and pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital paid marketing.
• Experience setting strategy and budget for paid acquisition.
• Hands-on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads with budget ownership.
• Comfort creating/ad creative and directing messaging; can use Figma.
• Strong analytics via GA4 and HubSpot.
• Clear communicator with async collaboration.
