  • Hands-on LinkedIn ads: audience build, creative briefs, optimization.
  • ABM/ABX principles for enterprise and mid-market campaigns.
  • End-to-end events management experience.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM/MA.
  • Analytical mindset; translate data into optimisations.
