Demand Generation Manager

📋 Description

• Design and execute ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many) targeting named strategic and enterprise
• Partner with Sales and Account Executives to build account plans, map buying committees, and
• Coordinate multi-channel ABM plays, including personalized advertising, direct mail, executive
• Own email marketing strategy end to end, including lead scoring, segmentation, nurture streams, and
• Plan and launch integrated demand gen campaigns across paid, email, webinars, content syndication
• Manage campaign frameworks including personas, buyer journeys, offers, and conversion paths

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7+ years in B2B marketing, with direct experience running both ABM programs and broader demand
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Hockeystack, BI Tools)
• Strong grasp of funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, pipeline, velocity, ROI) and attribution models
• Experience partnering closely with Sales and SDR teams on account targeting and outbound alignment
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to run multiple concurrent campaigns against
• An analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable campaign optimizations
