📋 Description

• Own territory pipeline quality and integrity.
• Lead quarterly deal clinics to unblock progress and requalify live pipeline.
• Anticipate coverage gaps 2–4 quarters ahead using velocity and intent data.
• Audit marketing-to-sales handoff to maximize Stage 0→Stage 1 conversion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Partners to run plays and activations.
• Design and lead high-energy activation programs (blitz days, sprint weeks).

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a similar demand/BD role.
• Strategic storyteller linking top‑of‑funnel campaigns to outcomes.
• Data fluent with Salesforce, Clari, or Tableau.
• Collaborative authority; influences cross-functional teams.
• Systems-oriented: Salesforce, Outreach, Demandbase, ABM tools.
• Currently located in Spain, preferably Barcelona.
