📋 Description

• Monitor, mitigate, and respond to service quality issues. Optimize demand matching around major
• Oversee fleet staging and pre-positioning to meet real-time rider demand while minimizing wait
• Own end-to-end pickup/drop-off experience, ensuring compliance with Red Routes, bus lanes, and
• Lead operational planning for high-profile UK events, creating specialized staging and
• Collaborate with Product, Public Affairs, and Mapping to translate London borough realities into
• Partner with Marketing and Public Affairs to build trusted relations with TfL and local emergency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 7+ years in operations management, urban planning, consulting, or logistics
• Proven track record managing operations in highly regulated, dense urban environments or European
• Strong ability to navigate regulatory frameworks and negotiate with municipal bodies (e.g., TfL).
• Analytical proficiency using data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) and data signals to drive
• Excellent verbal and written communication to bridge engineering capabilities with public-sector
• Safety-first, local-first approach prioritizing pedestrian, cyclist, and traditional London taxi
