Demand Planner

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts across products, channels, customers
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotional activity, product changes, and business
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams
• Support the S&OP process by preparing demand inputs, highlighting forecast changes, and
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities related to forecast, inventory, and supply
• Support new product launches, product transitions, and end-of-life planning with timely and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an analytical discipline (Supply Chain, Finance, Economics
• Background in Demand Planning, Corporate Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Data visualization experience (Tableau, Domo, Qlik, etc.) preferred.
• Experience in ERP and MRP systems preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
