Demand Planning Expert

📋 Description

• Lead finished goods forecasting (short and long-term national forecasts).
• Oversee monthly IBP cycle with Sales, Marketing, Finance.
• Manage weekly client forecasts; consolidate national forecast; ensure SAP/APO/OMP uploads.
• Lead the Demand Pillar with KPI tracking, root-cause analyses, and improvements.
• Communicate with Global team for IBP, learning calls, reporting.
• Monitor slow-moving stocks, obsoletes; report inventory provision for FP&A.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Demand Planning or similar role.
• Strong expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and IBP processes.
• Good SAP knowledge; APO or OMP experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
