Demand Planning & Fulfillment Analyst

📋 Description

• Build SKU-level demand forecasts and national/state supply plans for wholesale, DTC, and retail.
• Collaborate with the Director of Demand Planning to ensure feasible supply plans and prevent shortages.
• Monitor DOH and SKU-level supply health; flag shortage or overstock risk.
• Track forecast vs actual variance and adjust supply plans accordingly.
• Reconcile POs issued to co-manufacturers with the supply plan; flag discrepancies.
• Generate shipment plans from co-manufacturers to 3PLs per clear-to-ship protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older at time of application.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and Google Workspace.
• Availability to respond to urgent business matters outside standard business hours when necessary.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with forecasting, supply planning, and inventory models.
