Demand & Supply Lead, Planning Market East Europe (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Oversee all work done by the D&S Leads across planning regions
• Identify deviations in Global supply plan vs. bottom-up supply needs
• Translate Sales Markets’ bottom-up demand plans into supply plans and buying volumes per planning
• Ensure sum of customer group plans are in line with total aggregated plan per Continent / Planning
• Provide input on local specifics relevant for supply
• Revise optimal channel split per planning dimension / Sales Market for supply planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration
• 1–2 years of experience in demand or supply planning, forecasting, or data analysis in retail
• Solid understanding of end-to-end buying and supply planning processes
• Experience with planning tools and data-driven decision making (especially PLUTO splitting)
• Analytical and structured with ability to work with complex data sets
• Clear communicator collaborating across markets and functions
