📋 Description

• Translating sales market bottom-up demand plans into supply plans and leading reduction forecasting
• Ensure sum of customer group plans are in line with total aggregated plan per Continent/ Planning
• Translates Sales Markets’ bottom-up demand plans into supply plans and buying volumes per planning
• Input provision on local specifics with relevance for supply.
• Revision of optimal channel split per planning dimension/ Sales Market to be considered in supply
• Operationally accountable on updating, executing, and adjusting splits in PLUTO (by channel and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration
• 1–2 years of experience in demand or supply planning, forecasting or data analysis within retail
• Solid understanding of end-to-end buying and supply planning processes.
• Experience working with planning tools and data-driven decision making (especially updating
• Analytical and structured, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Clear communicators who can collaborate across markets and functions.
