Demand & Supply Planning Manager

📋 Description

• Own the demand forecast for your assigned portfolio, translating data center deployment plans
• Build and maintain forecast models, assumptions, and scenarios (base, upside, downside), and track
• Partner with Go-to-Market, Project Management, Finance, and Data Center Engineering to keep the
• Establish clear forecast input ownership, cadence, and change-control so that upstream changes are
• Convert demand into supply and build plans for finished systems, racks, and networking equipment
• Align partner manufacturing capacity and lead times with the demand forecast, and drive resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Supply Chain, or Materials
• Demonstrated experience building demand forecasts and translating them into supply, build, and
• Strong understanding of BOM structures, lead times, and how component constraints flow through to
• Experience working with ODMs, OEMs, or contract manufacturers on capacity, build schedules, and
• Hands-on experience running or contributing to S&OP or an equivalent integrated planning
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to combine mathematical models and
