Demo Developer & Lead — ITSM / ITOM

📋 Description

• Lead the IT demo story: Own the end-to-end ITSM and ITOM demo portfolio including keynote and event
• Build it: Hands-on development of demo scenarios on ServiceNow: Now Assist / AI Agents for IT
• Turn positioning into a demo: Translate release themes and PMM messaging into a demo script and
• Keep the environment healthy: Maintain demo instances, data, and integrations stable and
• Be the IT demo point person: Serve as go-to expert for ITSM/ITOM demo requests across Marketing
• Partner with Product: Work directly with PM and engineering on pre-release features; be an early

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, with deep knowledge of ITSM and ITOM product families.
• Strong scripting on the platform: Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Builder /
• Experience building or supporting demo environments, sandboxes, or lab instances, including
• Ability to write a story: turn marketing messages into persona-driven narratives that a
• Strong communication with product, marketing, and executive stakeholders; comfortable presenting
• Self-directed: run own backlog, sequence work across multiple concurrent events, flag risk early.

• Base pay: $137,700 - $241,000 (plus equity when applicable)
