Demo Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain high-impact product demos across product platforms
• Customize demos for customer use cases and industries
• Support the sales cycle with technical discoveries, architecture discussions, and validation
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to provide tools and environments for demos
• Continuously evolve demo content with new features and roadmap updates
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure demos reflect customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in Demo Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales in enterprise software
• 1+ years CCaaS experience
• Fluent in English
• Fundamental knowledge of Python, JSON, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience building and delivering product demos
• Comfort with conversational AI, contact center tech (IVR, IVA, speech, NLP, CCaaS)
