📋 Description

• Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning
• Coach teams based on live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting in real time to meet
• Drive early case submission during training by removing blockers, reinforcing clinical urgency, and
• Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early
• Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days and surface targeted coaching opportunities to accelerate
• Share field insights to inform scalable resources, improve onboarding, and strengthen future

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, with
• Experience training cohorts of up to ten assistants or staff at a time.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% to deliver in-practice training and support.
• Located near a major airport to support frequent national travel. Must be within a 60-min drive of
• Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across roles to influence
• Comfortable operating independently in the field, adjusting plans in real-time based on practice
