DEPARTMENT MANAGER

📋 Description

• Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of 10-30 retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver
• Oversee all store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management, inventory
• Monitor and analyze store sales performance; set goals and develop action plans to optimize
• Recruit, train, onboard, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and address HR
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and health & safety standards.
• Maintain high visual standards and manage store layout to enhance customer shopping experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Department Manager in a high-volume retail environment
• Proven experience with retail operations, sales performance analysis, and store profit & loss
• Strong leadership skills with ability to develop teams and achieve goals
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of labor laws, health & safety compliance, and security procedures
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
