📋 Description

• Provide leadership and support to the store team, fostering an inclusive culture and promoting
• Ensure excellent operational and visual experience for the store
• Analyze sales and budget goals, creating and implementing plans to optimize results and profits
• Actively promote and sell products to customers, ensuring high customer service levels
• Manage the department in a cost-efficient way and ensure correct routines in fitting room and
• Maintain awareness of fashion trends and competitors, and ensure team provides fashion knowledge
