📋 Description

• Responsible for the total OMNI customer experience in the store, ensuring visual and commercial
• Analyze sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results and profits
• Manage the department in a cost-efficient way
• Recruit, onboard, performance manage, upskill and develop the team
• Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transactions, returns and exchanges
• Ensure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house including stockroom areas
