• Lead and support the store team to create an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and an
• Ensure an excellent operational & visual experience for the store, customers & colleagues
• Analyze and follow up on sales, and create plans to optimize results and profits
• Manage the total OMNI customer experience in the store, ensuring visual and commercial curation
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Identify commercial opportunities and act on them
