Expert knowledge of BRS products to offer recommendations.
Drive sales in all departments; replenish and maintain inventory.
Must pass WSET, Cicerone, Bourbon Steward, ServSafe certs for the department; cash handling.
Organize vendor tastings with buyers; assist training of new Store Associates.
Cash management and front-end scheduling; adhere to store policies.

🎯 Requirements

21 years of age or older (as stated in qualifications).
Knowledge of wine varietals, countries, and regions.
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
Two years of management experience; strong communication skills.
