• Identify commercial opportunities and act on them, analyze sales and budget goals, create plans to
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and team promotes products
• Follow up on Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Manage department cost-efficiently, ensure routines in fitting room and checkout
