• Ensure total OMNI customer experience in store, visual and commercial curation per global guidelines
• Represent H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Identify department strengths and commercial opportunities, act on them
• Establish and analyze sales and budget goals, create plans to optimize results
• Ensure customer service provided in all store areas and team promotes/sells products
• Follow up on team promotion of Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives
