📋 Description

• Support the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer
• Support the total OMNI customer experience in the store, ensuring visual and commercial curation
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with the Department Manager to act on them
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that team has the ability to work
• Follow up that team is actively promoting Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store
