• Support Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer
• Support the total OMNI customer experience in the store, ensuring visual and commercial curation
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Take responsibility for department strengths, identify commercial opportunities, and work with the
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that the team actively promotes
• Follow up on team promotion of Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability
