• Support the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify commercial opportunities in your department and work with your Department Manager to act
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that your team can actively
• Follow up that your team is actively promoting our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) &amp
• Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transaction, returns and exchanges.
