• Support the total OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to
• Represent H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with Department Manager to act on them
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and team promotes selling
• Follow up on promoting Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives
