Support omni customer experience and visual/merchant standards per global guidelines
Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
Identify department opportunities and work with the Department Manager to act on them
Ensure customer service in all areas and promote products to customers
Promote Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives
Maintain fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns and exchanges
