• Support the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer
• Ensure visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify commercial opportunities in the department and work with the Department Manager to act on
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and promote active selling.
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
