• Support the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer
• Ensure visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with Department Manager to act on them
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and promote products
• Promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives
